Frequency beats reach. One impression on a hundred people does nothing. Seven impressions on ten people is a career.
Deciding who sees a message, how many times, and what it says when they do is a media planner's job. It is also yours. Your plan covers all four levers, and most people only ever touch the first one.
Targeting
Your five names
Who needs to see you, usually three to five years ahead of where you are, and exactly how to find them.
Creative
Your profile, fixed
Three headline options, an About section, and the one project to feature, written from your résumé.
Frequency
Your 90-day flight
Four touches to each name, the messages drafted and dated, plus a comment plan that fits in fifteen minutes a day.
Conversions
Your scorecard
Count replies, not connections. A 13-week tracker for the only number that counts.
What you walk away with
- Your lane. The seat you're going after and why it fits. You approve it before anything else gets written.
- Your five names. The people to be visible to, and where to find them.
- A profile fix. Headline, About, and a Featured pick, in your voice.
- Your messages. The four touches, written and scheduled on real dates.
- Your first posts. Written from your real material, each with a visual idea.
- A scorecard and a Google Doc. Thirteen weeks to track, and the whole plan saved to your Google Drive.
How it works
Get your link
Enter your email above. The link arrives in about a minute.
Open it in Gemini
Sign in with any Google account and upload your résumé or your LinkedIn profile as a PDF. It reads that first, so it only asks what it can't find there.
Approve your lane, get your plan
You sign off on the direction, then get the full plan and save it to Google Docs.
Where this comes from
I'm Broxten Davis, a performance media analyst and the host of The BroxtenDigital Show. My day job is the math of targeting and frequency. This tool points that same math at your career.
I grew up in a small town with zero corporate connections, and three years ago I was a first-generation college student sending 250-plus applications for one offer. This September I gave a talk to marketing students at Wayne State about running your career the way I run media. This tool is that talk, built for you in about 10 minutes, and it asks the questions I'd ask if we sat down for coffee.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. You give me your email so I can send you the link. There's no course, no upsell, and no email sequence.
Do I need a résumé?
It helps. No résumé handy? Save your LinkedIn profile as a PDF (open your profile, tap More, then Save to PDF), paste your profile text, or skip both and answer a few extra questions.
Do I need a Gemini subscription?
No. It runs on free Gemini; you just need to be signed in to any Google account. A paid Gemini plan runs it on a stronger model, and US college students can currently claim a free year of Google's paid plan. If your school account won't open it, use a personal Gmail.
I'm not a student. Is this for me?
Yes. It places you in one of three stages, breaking in, building your skills, or going after the next seat, and the plan changes with the stage.
Who sees my answers?
Your conversation happens in Gemini under your own Google account. I never see it unless you choose to send it to me. Your email is only used for your link and the occasional note. Privacy details.
What will you email me?
Your link, right away. After that, only something I think is worth your time, rarely. Reply "unsubscribe" and you're off the list.
Ten minutes. Five names. One plan.
Everything in it comes from your own experience, aimed at the seat you want.
